Muk A G's Pie Company, founded by Robbie Mukherjee and his wife Caroline, specialises in combining a love for baking with a passion for Asian cooking. Buttery shortcrust pastry bases filled with homemade curry’s and topped with a light puff pastry lid. The pies are known for their authentic Asian flavours sourced from India, Thailand, and Malaysia, prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The business Robbie has been able to grow his catering business using the RATIONAL equipment and now produces up to 500 pies a day.
