Signature Care Home Group currently operates thirteen care homes around London and the south of England. With 800 residents to cater for daily per home, along with staff and visitors, the kitchen needs to be fast and efficient, and their traditional appliances were not capable, and were putting staff at risk. Each home has autonomy with its menus covering a huge number of dietary requirements, like allergens and intolerances, as well as individual likes and dislikes. It was important for Signature Group to cater for their residents with food that they enjoy eating and that helps them to enjoy their life with dignity. iCombi Pro, iVario Pro and ConnectedCooking are installed in its Beckenham home with plans to replace all their equipment across the group and all new builds.
