Woodlands Primary school, and their award-wining Chef Holly Charnock have transformed how the kitchen functions with RATIONAL cooking systems, resulting in the creation of healthy dishes for the pupils. Catering for 240 children, Holly uses an iCombi Pro 10-1/1 combi-steamer and iVario Pro 2-S multifunctional bratt pan, saving significant space and take advantage of accelerated cooking times.
