Woodlands Primary school, and their award-wining Chef Holly Charnock have transformed how the kitchen functions with RATIONAL cooking systems, resulting in the creation of healthy dishes for the pupils. Catering for 240 children, Holly uses an iVario Pro 2-S multifunctional bratt pan, saving significant space and take advantage of accelerated cooking times.

The iVario multifunctionality replaces other cooking appliances and pans that a traditional kitchen school would normally have. “It was so new age, shiny, sleek. Initially, we thought, how are we going to cook in this? We’re used to pots and pans and a big old-fashioned oven, however, it took us maybe two or three days and we fell in love”.
