The family-run business, led by owner Brian Campbell and Head Chef Paul Frazer, has developed a substantial range of freshly prepared meals, bakery products and hot food, all produced on-site. Today, Campbell’s offers more than 200 heat-and-eat meals and has built a loyal customer base around quality, convenience and consistency.
The RATIONAL iVario Pro has transformed the way Campbell’s Eurospar produces soups, stews, sauces and prepared meals. Replacing traditional cooking equipment, it has dramatically reduced cooking times and improved efficiency, allowing the team to produce 25 litres of stew in just 45 minutes compared to four hours previously. The increased speed and capacity have helped the business grow production, boost sales and meet rising customer demand, all without significantly increasing labour costs.
